The famous Cat’s Meow is showcased for Indian Lake history with this shelf sitter design of the Orchard Island Post Office. 

The Orchard Park Post Office served the residents from 1912-1926. In 2004 it was donated to the Indian Lake Area Historical Society by Isabelle Wicker Pusey and they relocated it from the former Wicker property to present day location on Post Office Island. 

It has since been restored to its original set up so it looks like it did when it was in operation. The local residents and various businesses came to together to complete this project. It was rededicated on July 10, 2016.

 This wooden piece features a printed color design on the front and the history on the back. 

It measures 5” wide x 3 1/2” tall x 3/4” deep. 

All proceeds from this item are benefitting the Indian Lake Area Historical Society.
